I just bought a new truck and I am going to ScotchGuard the seats. Is there a certain product I need to use or a certain place to buy it from? I saw some stuff at wal-mart the other night but I wasn't sure if it was any good.

There is a commercial and personal version I think. you will be fine with the personal version available in stores as long as it is the 3M Scotchguard brand :D

Do most places carry the 3M stuff?

I was asking if I will be able to find the 3M Scotchgard at somewhere like Auto-Zone or O'riellys.

I have seen Scotchguard at WalMart, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and the bigger grocery stores. Like Joe said, there are home products and commercial products. Even in the spray can home products there are now different types. I used the "Water Repellant" on my Carhartt coat. There is a Scotchguard web site:

that will tell you more than you wanted to know about the stuff.
