Hi all, So Im trying to tune my 93 C2500, 5.7 TBI , PCM 16168625 BLCL eprom. I have owned the CraigMoates stuff for about a year but hadnt really done much with it. Just installed the new engine and now I need to tune it since it runs pretty crappy. When I try the flash and burn it works fine when I burn a stock copy of the blcl eprom and run it in an adapter in the pcm. But if I edit the bin with tunerproRT and then burn it with the FNB software and try it in the truck it flashes the SES light and goes into limp home. So any changes and it wont work. Im goofing up with the editing or saving or something? Any ideas? Next I tried my ostrich and initially it seemed to be working OK but after about 15 minutes running time the truck started to act weird and the transmission wacked out and SES light came on. I felt the PCM case and it was hot as hell. I stopped and turned off the truck and swapped the spare stock PCM back in. The new engine has a Compcams flat tappet hyd computer compatible cam 260degree advertised duration, lift .425,.445 and 112degree lsa. 91 L98 tpi heads. Intake bored to 2in and ultimate tbi mods. It is too rich now off idle and low end now. Runs ok mid and up but way too rich on the low end. Thanks in advance for any recs on getting my Moates stuff working right. dave
