I know most of you guys have ordered stuff from here or thought of it at some point, I am very glad that I did. I ordered a full urethane bushing kit for my 98 K1500 Sierra and a Hedman Header for my 97 Civic. The parts were ordered and they came 3 business days later, which is crazy, cuz I live in Labrador, Canada.
It's almost unheard of to get stuff in so quickly.

I figured a large vendor could care less for someone in canada, let alone Labrador.

I figured that the world didn't care (or know) about the part of the world i live in, but Summit does. I can remember ordering parts from Ontario that took longer than it did for Summit.

I recently lost one of the motors in my Flex-a-lite electric fans, I ordered it on Monday (next day air) and had it before 3:00 on Tuseday.
I have always had great luck with them.

Even though Summit and Jegs, are the standard in parts catalogues, they still have an excellent staff working at all sides. shows what they care about, the customer.

yup, I live the next state over from NV, where their HQ is and when I order regular shipping stuff (3-5 day quote), I almost always have it the next business day.

If I put the order in before noon I usually get the parts next day. Never had a problem with them.

I bought a Accel tune-up kit from Summit for my K1500 and it was the best price on the web. They had super fast shipping plus they sent me a free hat and summit book. Summit is a great company.

I ordered some stuff from Summit a while back, got part of my order, waited a week, and still didn't get the rest. Their website tracker just listed the missing parts as proccessed but not shipped, I called and recieved them the next day and they refunded me the handling fee for having to wait! Not the 1st time I've bought from them and definetly wont be the last!

yeah, they've got pretty good service, I once ordered a richmond 4.10 gear set I was going to put in the truck, I decided not to and sent it back 3 weeks or so after getting it, they refunded it 100% no questions. I think after 45 or 90 days they will charge a restocking fee though.

Me and my brother just ordered some stuff from summit, which inluded a roll pan(for my brothers ranger) springs, and 1.5foot box by 1.5foot box and it only took 3 days to get here in canada with shipping and handling of only $11, the bad thig though was Duty was $120!

I almost had to pay half the price of my ignition tune up kit because of duty costs for over the border shipment. about 50 dollars when the kit cost 110-120.

Have had nothing but good experience with them so far. I have spent a lot of money there as has my Step Dad and they have always bent over backwards to help out.
