I'm wanting to add more horsepower to my truck, would this be a good way to go? This will be a daily driver, i just dont want to have to worry about tranny problems.thanks

A lot of people have a lot of good results with FLTs. I've recently tuned a truck in the high 11s with an FLT 5, and a neighbor of mine back in San Jose is putting more than 600ft-lbs to the ground through one.

what about the level 3? I'm planning on heads and a charger later on down the road.

Depends on how you drive too... For example, I'm running a mostly stock 4L65E with my cam and supercharger and have been doing so for 40K miles now without a problem...

when you add a shift kit to a stock 60e,(wich is what i have done) how bad does it weaken the tranny, because it shifts so much harder, it seems like it's bad for it. I dont drive like a teenager but i'll stand on it here and there.

When you say "shift kit" are you talking about a TransGo/B&M type kit or are you just talking about raising the line pressure (computer increase)?
If you mean the former, the harder shift are not a weakening of the tranny at all - rather they actually make it last longer by reducing friction/heat by means of quicker shifts.
If you mean the latter, you have not really changed the strength of the tranny at all - you have just caused the fluid pressure to increase, which basically helps the clutches engage a little better.
