(I apologize for the slow responses - I have not been getting consistent notifications from the forum when people reply to my subscribed threads)
We specialize in mail order custom programming for GM vehicles. If it's 94 or newer, it's a GM, and it's a V8, we sell custom programming for it (with a few exceptions - most notably for the truck guys, the 96-99 Vortec 5000/5700).
We are unique from other mail order tuners is we do not require PCM swap. We send you the GT Tuner, which is a hand-held device we developed ourselves, with your custom program on it, then you use it to install the program on your PCM through the diagnostic port under the dash. When you are finished, you box it back up, and send it back using the prepaid return shipping label. Crank relearn is never a problem because you aren't changing PCMs from the original, and our technology allows us to send you program updates in the field if necessary.
Several people have asked some very specific questions about how we do what we do. That's like asking Coca Cola what the recipe is for their flagship product. We won't go into detail regarding our process as it is considered our "secret recipe". Period.
Having said that, how we do what we do isn't important anyway. What matters is whether we deliver value and whether we do it well. I understand we're at a "make or break" point with regard to our product in your eyes because we're new here, we have little or no history and all of the sudden we're pushing this product which we say is great. I wouldn't expect you to take our word for it. Check out our feedback on other forums (www.camaroz28.com, www.ls1lt1.com, www.ls1tech.com, www.myls1.com), and check out the customer testimonials on our site, they are all unedited quotes from our customers. You can also look at the Customer Dynos section on our site and see what we've been able to do with local customers. We could probably even arrange for any of our past customers to talk to you and tell you about it.
Take our money-back guarantee as a vote of confidence. If you order programming from us, and you're not satisfied with it, you can use the GT Tuner to take it back off your PCM, restore your original programming and send it back. We'll give you a full refund minus the shipping. Nobody else will give you that level of guarantee in this business.
In fact, the first forum member that sends me mail and says they're willing to try out our full custom programming and tell everybody else about it gets an extra $50 off in addition to the $50 sale we're already running, AND the money back guarantee.
I expect peoples' skepticism and I appreciate that each person needs to make their own decision regarding whether we can provide value, or not. At the end of the day, all I can do is present our product, our track record and ask you to make a decision on your own.
