I have a few backlights burned out behind my mph and rpm gauge. ('03 Silverado LS) Before I take it apart, some have told me that they are not replaceable and new LED's need to be soldered onto the board.
Please inform....

okay seriously, I looked and could not find a definite yes or no on this. Someone please help, and while you are at it, if you have had these soldered on how much did it cost?

I have been lookin' for bulbs for 03+ Cluster for a while until now.....
Didn't GM change cluster lights (from white to blue) on 2006/2007 Classic?

are you saying the led's arent even available? the dealer told me they send out all their stuff to Detroit to have it fixed.
Wlll a truck run w/o the cluster plugged in?

im sure there replacable (electronic repair place) but im sure theres alot of disassembly yo get to the led's.
my honest opinion is its a good reason to upgrade to the escalade cluster
