00 - Center console ideas/pics ....need help

ok heres what i have wanted to do for a long time maybe someone can help me . i have a 00 NBS GMC LT with the stock center console with were the tape deck goes i have a open hole and a flip up cover were u can put CD's . what i want to do is have a TV/nave or something like that put in there but i want it to look stock but with the tv there . do they make any incerts or something like that ,that i could make this happend?? anyone do something like this befor ? any pics . thanks

Everything I've seen done like that is custom.

Fiberglass the screen in there and then re-wrap in a stock color.

Cut out for the screen, then use mdf or similar to create structure/framework.

You might could forgo fiberglass if you could find some kind of plastic insert you could make work.

I saw someone with an obs put a screen in the dash where the stock radio was and just cut and plastic welded the existing bezel. It looked good.

yeah thats what i was thinking that it would have to be custom, i was just hopeing that there might be another way .thanks for your help man .
