Well i'm having a little trouble with my battery
More specifically on my work van.
Chevy Express, Last friday i got in same as always at 730 am.. turn the key over, dead.
Didn't think twice, just thought i left an interior light on or sometimes my center console light is lose and will turn on, so i jumped it with a battery charger, got it going. By the time i made it to work she started just fine on her own. And that was all day friday, now fast forward to Monday morning, same thing, dead, so i jumpstart it again, and it was fine for the rest of the day, started everytime i had to run and do something
Now this morning (tuesday) it was dead, so again i jumped it, drove to the place i was working at, 4 hours later battery dead, jumped it, then another 4 hours later dead. Jumped it for the last time, drove home now it's sitting in my driveway.
I was planning on taking my meter, sitting it between the +12v and checking for any current draw, then start pulling fuses to see whats draining. But when i go to unhook my cables i see that the battery is pretty much bowing out, so should i even bother checking for current draw or is my battery just toast?
Also when i got it home i opened my hood and the battery was making a hissing noise. also i had to put some water in as it was low.. but other then that nothing i can think of
