help, installing tach gauges in a 90 gmc

I've searched and read prob every page of the tech article on how to add the tach guages but it seems the pics and pdf files are missing.... any help on where i can find these. I have a 93 gauge cluster and want to install it in my 90 truck. Also do i need to buy a drac unit? I'm pretty sure i do but just need clarifacation thanks.

i just did this swap on my truck. unfortunately all i have left is the wiring diagram. if you pm lowdown(member here) he seems to have and know everything about this swap. was extremely helpful when i was researching this for mine. anyway here is the diagram i have.
