Bad experience with 4wheelparts

Basically a thread for me to complain haha. I was going to order a lift kit and some wheels and tires for my truck at 4wheelparts. called them up balled the price a lil' but wasn't 100% ready to buy yet so I told the guy to hold onto the price and the order for me. He tells me he would need my card number to hold price for me, well I was a dumb a$$ and gave him my number. come to find out two days later that he tried placing the order. I call him up tear him a new one and he tries telling me that the money has been refunded and that it was a mistake.(thats an expensive mistake if you ask me) just yesterday I check my account again, instead of refunding me the money as he said... HE CHARGED IT!!!:whatever:

ya no kidding, bad move on my part. just irritates me that people will go behind your back and try to rip you off like that.

yeah definitely don't give your cc# unless you're sure you can buy it, but i probably would have done the same to reserve that price. that's pretty dirty of that guy to charge you, hope it all gets straightened out.
