Ok, so you have the stock AE tables for a L05 w/ stock injectors at stock psi.
You put in a 350HO with 50mm bores and a 50mm TB spacer with 90 lb inj's at 14.5-7 psi. Since the new motor has higher fuel requirements and a larger plenum/runner area/surface area, it would seem that the L05 AE numbers could be a good place to start, right? -I'll come back to that in a sec

Using larger injectors and a higher FP will change the ACTUAL pulse width at the injector and therefore amount of fuel delivered, right?

e.g. #1 61 lb/hr inj @ 10 psi - AE hits, calls for 300 usec.
-actual fuel delivered is 300 usec because it is the stock .bin with stock parts, right?

now, e.g. #2 90 lb/hr inj's @ 14.5 psi - AE hits, calls for 300 usec. -actual fuel delivered will be somehwhere around 400 or 450 usec.

Is this somehwere in the ballpark?

-My manifold is the GMPP TBI vortec manifold. The old TBI manifold is heated, I think. I know colder manifolds can use more AE, but since both TBI manifolds are heated I didn't give this area too much thought

I've started from scratch with my AE stuff and seem to have decent results with L05 AE pw's. I know the engine can use more AE than a stock L05, but the higher FP/INJ combo I'm running could be delivering it without too many changes to the tables.
-Still follow?

I initially tuned my AE with my wideband and I ended up with GREATLY reduced AE pw's but no popping. I *thought* things were good but it just seems weird to me that an engine that can suck more air and fuel in would need less AE. Thoughts/advice??

Thanks guys,
Mike

the pulse width itself wont change by changing to bigger injectors or higher fuel pressure. but more fuel will be delivered in the same pulse width. so i think anything that uses msec or usec in the bin will need to be adjusted for the increased fuel. somebody smarter will chime in to correct me if im wrong.

Switch the TPS AE table for one from a 454 Truck. Your throttle body is 2" and you have 90# injectors. The 454 TBI TPS AE taable should get you closer than a 350 AE table.

dude, I never even thought about that.
You wouldn't happen to know where I could get a copy of the .bin, would you?

AUMU, maybe. researching...

My AE vs TPS table is probably a good three times more then stock but I am running 18 psi with 61# injectors and a spread bore dual plane intake that has relatively big plenums for a dual plane. For the longest time it would virtually die when I stomped on it from going lean and now I've got it where it leaps but won't spin (low stall probably) and it all around runs better and has better response and doesn't get nearly as sluggish the hotter it gets.

THe 454 TPS AE was too much, but it comes in earlier than the L05 TPS AE does. I'm using mix of the two, is working pretty well.
