stabilizer bolt spacer?

Last night i lowered my 94 ext. cab 3/4 and the ride is stiff in the front and after thinking about it should the spacers on both sides be cut down so the stabilizer bar will sit in the stock position?

Has anyone ran into this?

you can purchase new links pretty cheaply, they will have new bolts, spacers and bushings, I know advance auto and autozone have the polyurethane ones on the shelf, just measure yours and get some a couple inches shorter
