I was wondering how much would a shop charge me to install a 4/6 drop kit? The truck is a 2wd 94 ecsb. I know it varies from different shops and areas, but I just want to get an idea. Thanks for the help.

A drop kit alone that I found in the internet was around $750 with shipping. Do you think it is better to let a shop get the kit for me and take care of everything? I am going to a reputable shop of course. 454ss 08-25-2007, 08:31 AM That does not sound bad. A drop kit alone that I found in the internet was around $750 with shipping. So 4/6 totals 10 inches. $1000 and I bring them the kit. They wanted nearly $300 to bolt in my notch. So I did it myself. Flip kit took me a while but had never done it before. Notch took 2 or 3 hours and lotta cut off wheels. Front wasnt bad, but I knew what was going on up there, lol. 94stepside5.7 08-31-2007, 02:12 AM Thanks for the help everyone.
