If it shakes the truck its too harsh. Whats the condition of the tranny or transfer case/engine mounts? is line pressure set to stock?

i've got a similar shudder from 1-2. doesn't shake the truck but it is noticeable.

not sure on the mounts, just had a vette servo, transgo kit, sep plate, and servo release check valve put in and the 1-2 is much firmer than the rest, pretty sure the line pressure is stock, i told wheatley to leave that alone cause the shift kit and other stuff was going in

Firm is when it jerks a little. Harsh is when you hear the dash shift a little. Harsh is not good.
