Will a 98 7.4 intake work on a 97 5.7 motor?

My friend has a used K&N cold air intake for a 98 2500 pickup with 454. Will this intake work on my 97 350?

if it doesnt fit correctly to the TB, i think you can actually use the stock intake tube and it will fit the k&n filter.

No, the 7.4 has a side/front mounted TB and the 5.7 has a top mounted TB.
