I just bought this about 2 weeks ago, and stripped the fading headliner material off the trim piece as it was tan and my interior is blue. I was going to recover it, but i recently might have found a good condition blue console so I am thinking of saving myself the trouble of trying to get a good matching fabric and just buy the blue one.

the little wiring harness clip is cut off and replaced by crimped electrical connections as my truck did not come with an overhead console and the wiring harness was not up there. However, all you would need to splice into your dome light is about 18" of wire, an inline splice, and the female end, very simple. I also still have the original harness clip if you would like it or would like me to re-attach it to the wiring. Other than that, console is perfect just needs the trim piece to be recovered.

$45

any pics of it? I'm playing with the idea of mounting a head unit into an overhead console.
