Who does the best tune?

I have been researching as I am very new to the truck modification world. I see that Westers does a tune, is it prettty good? My truck is a 350 5.7 OBS which will have some Thorley headers, Volant CAI, and probably an LT4 cam, so basic bolt-ons and cam. Would I benefit much from a full tune? Thanks!

just sent my puter in to westers for a tune on my stock 97 5.7.. was impressed with the tune he did for my 91 so figured the odds were good.
There are a few good tuners around...personaly ld look for someone close to your location for a dyno AND tune...not a big fan of over the counter chips...your tunner should take all your mods into consideration when he dose tune...cam specs ect ect ..if he dosnt run away..do not walk
Full complete tune with dyno is only way to go if you can...dont belive you get a full tune on a moded engine without it...
