Still waiting for a 4 link i paid for almost 2 years ago. No replys to emails or phone calls. I really wish this situation would get resolved.

gawdamn thats a long ass time.

I'd do what I had to do to get that resolved. Legal action, personal trip or something. I'd be super sh*ttin if I had to wait that long.

I thought 2 or 3 months for my notch was bad. Good luck man, I hope it works out.

Custom builds have simply exploded for them (mine is in there), not enough time to do orders any more. Computer is down and they are in the shop working.

I have bought several custom parts from them and all high quality, I highly recommend their work.
There are just as many good things(more if you actually count) as the bad ones you mentioned. If you noticed he is not on this board much at all. Not enough hours in the day. Send him a letter. I know these are not a good reason, but rather a bit of inside info. Even the bad expiriences I have seen have been taken care of, maybe not all but most of them.

Yeah but the difference is, when i ordered the 4 link, he awnsered the phone every time I called. Then I pay for it and he suposed to build it and send it. I call him, he says it been shipped. I waited about 3 weeks. Nothing. Call him back, he says he shipped it, doesnt have the tracking number at this time but he'll look it up for me and call me back. I wated 3 days, no return call. Now evberytime I call I get no awnser or no call back.

Haha...send him a letter, thats funny. I can understand being busy but Joe has obligations to paying customers that he is not making good on and it just makes his whole business look shady. I'm just saying I would not give them a dime no matter how good there schit is...that's all

And I'd be going from GA to TX in a heartbeat if I were you CHWELCH

Hmmm.
The letter is because he changed shops 6 months ago, he had new phone service as well, and his computer crashed. I know because I went in there and he could not pull an old invoice for me. So if you can not get a hold of him and he can not access his outstanding accounts he will not remember EVERYONE that he needs to ship products to. He does not have time to come on here either so he is not able to follow this.

I called today and staff answered the phone as they most always do. I called from an anonymous number as well so he had no idea who was calling.
