How low befor notching?

Just wondering how low you guys have gone before c notching the frame? I have done nothing in back but remove my blocks, and i hit the bumpstops on hard bumps. I have 4" shackles and hangers, but if i install them, im gonna be hittin my axle on the frame already. Does this seem right?

im not sure about nbs but on my obs i installed the same in the rear and i didnt have any problems. i recommend smaller bumpstops off stylinconcepts or a place like that though cause lowered 4 inches youll proubly be riding on them all day if you have stock ones. I think i read somewhere that if you go 6" or more in the rear you need a c-notch.
