What is the best module/programmer to use for a 96 z71?

I have a 96 z71 with a 5.7 350 and i want more power and better gas mileage.
what would be the best way to go programmer wise or modules or whatever.

Go with a custom tune. Way better than a programmer that just raises the shift points and turns the timing up a little bit.
