I've gotten code P0108 (Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input) three times now since supercharging my rig. The check engine light comes on while cruising along normally. Co-incidence that the MAP sensor is on it's way out maybe? :dunno: I don't think I need to go to a 2 bar MAP, do I?

You may have blown the sensor (pun not intended, but it does apply...).
You need to have the PCM tuned for sure, else you run risk of being lean and toasting the pistons.
A 2 bar MAP can be installed and the PCM tuned for it, but you would lose resolution on it.
Ed Wright can definately advise, he did a friend of mine's PCM for his Super charged LS1.

It has a Nelson tune but thanks.

Ok, Nelson should be good with it, and should know if the MAP can handle it.
Basically you need crazy up the VE tables to in an attempt to predict how much fuel the engine needs boosted, the MAF will handle it in normal mode, but the PCM relys on the VE tables in PE mode which are tied directly to the MAP sensor, so if is bad, you are in bad shape (it will likely default to rich).
If you can check the MAP to confirm it works, and confirm there is no leaks (like the boost pressure push off the line). A scan tool works well with it and a hand vacuum pump with a gauge.
