The tuner removed all or most of the torque management when he did my truck about 15-20k miles ago.

In the last week I've noticed the trans seems to slip and shift really weird sometimes...(miss an upshift, miss a downshift).

When I take it into the dealership to have them check it out, are they going to say it's because the TM is gone, or because the trans fluid psi is too high and deny a warranty claim?

Any suggestions?

They probably will check for codes and run a diagnostic test(maybe a vehicle drive test also), they might reflash your computer back to stock to see if it fixes the problem. As for warranty issues, depends.

Remove the tune and drive it for a few days/couple hunderd miles to maby overwrite any trace of a tune being in it and then take it in.

Sounds like it does need reflashed. Make sure it has the latest update. There is a TSB on this.
Remove the tune and take it in.

maybe a Transgo shift kit and vette servo will fix it if the dealer cant find a problem. any codes stored in the computer?
