I've been reading quite a bit about doing custom tuning. It looks like the Jet DST would be the right tool for doing the actual programming on my truck.
My question is which datalogger/scan tool should I be using for my truck (1997 K1500)? It seems like all the scan tools I am looking at are only for 98-2000 Vortec or for earlier TBI, but not 97. Can anyone recommend a datalogger for a 97? I want to get a good datalogger and software first before I start thinking about getting an actual tuner.
