Settings/Sugesstions for Super Chip Falshpaq

I own a 2004 Chevy 5.3 Silverado with Flow masters, K&N filter and 33x12.5 tires. I reprogrammed it with a Flashpaq, and I'm now getting almost 19 MPG to and from work with the bigger tires. So I DO think these programmers work. My question is: Do any of you have these and does anyone have an economy setting that they recommend, shift points, etc.

i as well just bought the flashpaq.with what sounds like the same mods you have, the flowmasters and k&n. but did it do anything with me i dunno... i bought it after me putting on my lift rims and tires, so if it got better fuel consumption i couldnt tell you but it brought what i lost with the mods back up to what i was used to.
