setting idle

the idle on my 96 is set by the pcm right? i mean, there arent any physical adjustment screws on the intake anywhere that i can adjust myself right? just wanted to make sure, would like my idle slightly lower but its not worth sending the pcm back.

Do you know anybody with JET DST or Tunercats OBD2? If you were near me I could lower your idle very easily, simply to in the idle rpm you desire, then flash the PCM.

i know of a place that does dyno tuning, but i doubt they will want to do much for me since i opted for a mail order tune vs. theirs
