Does anyone know of a 4 inch lift spindle that would fit on a 2w/d silverado, I would like to use the stock rims. If not what size rim do i need?

CST has a 4" for 99-02 trucks. Rough Country has a 4" for OBS trucks... you can use stock wheels with rough country but not CST spindle lifts. As far as what size/backspacing and such, just need to look around the sites...

$289 at rough country. They get my vote since i ran them on my 92.

by the way next time make sure you include your truck model, year, ect

I used a stock 07 Yukon wheel with my CST spindle. I had to install longer studs and 3/4" wheel spacers, but it is possible. I could give you the Dorman stud number if you wanted to go that route. Here's a picture.

i love that front valance. Did you trim that yourself or is that something aftermarket

Wow, what are the specs on your truck (lifts\tires)? Great lookin truck!!
