Magnaflow kit on lowered truck

Is there any clearence problems with a magnaflow kit on a NBS Silverado with 4/6 drop ?

i bought a flowmaster for my 4/6'd 95 chevy, duals out the back. place i ordered it from said it would fit, no way. driver side pipe was about a 1/4 inch away from the pumpkin. you might be able to get away with a single out the stock location.
