I got my RC lift done this past weekend. The install was very simple and only took about 6 hours and that includes alot of breaks and two trips to the parts store. The only snag I hit was that the lower ball joints wouldn't break loose and I didn't have any of my seperators on hand so I had to go buy another one. I've got about 150 miles on it and like it so far. There are a few things I don't like but I can live with. The RC shocks absolutely suck, they give almost no dampening. I swapped out the rears with the stockers this afternoon and that helped alot. They are a little short for any offroading but have enough travel for the road. I'll swap out the fronts soon and then later on replace with Bilsteins or similar. I hadn't read about how bad the RC shocks were until after I ordered. Oh well, live and learn... The only other dislike I have is how far the front gets kicked out. It causes some bump steer issues but I'm considering reinstalling my stock wheels, powdered coated black and bigger tires later so that should help with that. All in all this is a great kit. Here are a few pics of the truck in action on some of my dad's property out in the country. That is a hill that is usually an island in the middle of a tank that is dried up right now. Makes for some fun climbing for a 2wd, even more fun when it's got water with a 4wd.

looks awsome man! for some reason rcsb trucks allways look like they are lifted more than they really are.

I still have my rc rear shocks in but i switched back to stock shocks in the front because the washers had ate through the rubber bushings. rides great and I'm happy i switched back because it make a loud noise every time i hit a bump before

Thanks for the props guys. I wasn't sure If I was gonna like the black box but it really does look good I think. It's made me decide that any accessories I add will be black and maybe black wheels(still not sure on that though). Anyway, I just wanted to give an updated review now that I've got some miles on it. After putting the factory rear shocks back on the truck rides great. The front shocks seem to be ok so I think the rears were just too long and weren't dampening properly. I've got about 500 miles on it now including more trail riding and about 75 miles of rough gravel roads. It does great on the gravel. Running about 60 the truck is very stable and rides like a dream. I really think the extra track width in the front helps alot cuz it feels much more comfortable than stock on the gravel. Oh and I forgot to mention that I did have to do some trimming up front which is funny to me cuz I was running these tires stock. But, the lift put them in just the right spot to rub. I'm pretty much done for now. When I need new tires I'll be reinstalling my Daystars and adding Bilsteins and gears...
