Congrats man! You're gonna like it. My only complaint was the crappy RC shocks but you've already solved that problem. The install was simple which made it fun, at least for me. I do suggest something to seperate the lower ball joints. The uppers and tie rods broke loose easy but the lowers wouldn't budge with just a hammer. Lookin' forward to seeing pics...

That was my only real problem. I could probably have broken them loose with the hammer but I don't like to pound too much and they were gonna take some serious pounding. I ended up leaving off my brake shields because I didn't have anything here to trim them for the calipers. I'm going to do the brakes soon so I'll probably trim them up and re-install them then. I also had to do some creative routing with the brake lines and ABS wire, zip ties will come in handy. The clamps that hold the brake lines had to be moved and mine were pretty tight. Spray them with some penetrating lube and they'll move fine. I also covered all my lines with 3/8" split loom just to be safe. Like I said before, this is a very easy install. Oh yeah, be ready to spend some time wrenching those rear u-bolt nylock nuts on. The bolts are way too long and again, nothing here to cut them (I'm gonna have to get all my tools in one shop one of these days). If you can cut them first you're arms will thank you later...

i used a pickle fork on the tops but it did not help with the lower...theres a sweet spot on the spindle, mine had an X on the lower part of the spindle right where the ball joint was...gave it about 3 good hits and it came right off...this was after beating the spindle for hours...went do the pass. side and once again hit in the sweet spot and it took like 5min. to break it loose vs. all day....other than that its not so bad and yeah youll need some zip ties for the break lines...TexAzTim, what part of austin are you from?
