for sale are my pro comp 35x12.50R17 xterrains on 17x8 pro comp 6089 chrome wheels with 4.5" of backspacing. they are off my '06 2500hd and are ofcourse 8x6.5 bolt pattern.

i put them on the truck at 1,000 miles and just pulled them off at just over 11,000 miles so they have approximately 10,000 miles on them.

i would say the tires are in great condition and have plenty of life left. the wheels need to be cleaned up well as some pitting has appeared to have developed in some places. that doesn't bother me much but im trying to be honest for whoever is interested. it appears to me that they could be cleaned up easily but i just haven't done it yet.

the price ofcourse includes the caps and also includes the lugs. the lugs are in poor shape because i was sent lug nuts that were too short so the end of the stud started to press on the cap of the lugs. they worked though cuz i left them on the whole time i had the tire / wheels on the truck.

the price is $1,000.00 for the set.

here are some pics...
1st as they looked new...

i just tried to get shipping quotes from ups and fedex. both of them are saying something like 800 bucks or so. that sounds ridiculous to me. maybe i was doing something wrong.

i guesstimated 70lbs. per wheel/tire combo for a total of about 280 lbs.

if you've done this before maybe you will be able to get a more accurate number. they will be coming from 48161.

i checked with the usps and they seem like they'd be the cleapest right now on shipping. they wont take anything over 70lbs. per package so it sounds like i'd have to have them broken down / dismounted to ship the wheels / tires separate from one another.

i just weighed 1 tire / wheel combo and according to a digital scale from inside my house 1 tire / wheel weighs 91.5lbs.

other than that i have a post office 5 minutes from my house and i could get them packaged up for you.

I'm not interested in buying your tires, but I have an account with UPS and I ship tire/wheel combos all the time that are over 70lbs. There is an extra $6.00 charge for anything that isn't in a box and that is over 70lbs. But they are the cheapest. Hope you find a good home for em.

SOLD!!! i put one of them in front of my house and in four days they were gone. i guess i should have tried that first! i had two calls within the four days...both from guys with duramax crew cabs. the second guy who called on them bought them.

not sure if these threads get cancelled after things are sold or not??? im sure they just get left on the backburner and make their way into the archives.

thanks for the interest.

but the truck is still for sale!
