How Close is dark pewter cloth Chev vs GMC ASAP

Im looking at a set of DVD Headrest for a 06 Chev but I have a GMC. They are the same color Dark pewter but have differnt part numbers. So how close is the cloth from Chev vs GMC?

the variations you will see in the cloths will be from the head rest being from different lots of fabric. If it was a perfect world they would be exactly the same color.

What im wondering is does the chevys have a totaly differnt dark pewter than the GMC or are they very close. I could see them having totaly differt patterns in the seats... but the headrest?
