Replacing Bulbs in 2003 Instrument Cluster?

How would one disassemble a 2003 instrument cluster to get at the soldered-in bulbs? It doesn't seem to want to come apart so I can access the bulbs and I don't want to break anything. Can anyone help this newbie out?

interested as well. I've noticed this past week the right side of my speedo is dimmer than the left side of the speedo. Im thinking there is a blown bulb in there or something.
