Vents on Dash

I have a question concerning the 3 vents on top of the dash that blow on the windshield. The one in the middle and the one on the left are blowing more air out than the far left one. What would cause this and what would the way be to fix this? You can hardly tell anything is blowing out the left.

sounds like the hose to the vent may have come off of the nozzle. i dont know how easy it would be to see from the bottom of the dash but might take a look.
