Flowtech part number 31000

a good friend of mine was cleaning out his garage and found a set of flowtech headers with a part number of 31000 new in the box still in the wrapping. he has no use for them so he gave them to me. says they are "designed for a custom in installation utilizing a chevrolet 283-400 small block v-8" on the sheet in the box.

will these bolt up to a 2002 5.3 sierra? i have next to no knowledge on headers so any insight would be much appreciated. i have heard its quite the project to put some headers on so if they do fit would i be better off having someone do it for me? as said before i have next to no knowledge on headers so if these are dumb questions im sorry.

those are the ones....thanks for the info...i thought i came across some free headers for my truck but it looks like i have some headers for sale now lol.
