Want to lift my truck

I want to lift my 96 c1500 but i don't know what the fastest cheapest easiest way to lift it, leaf springs, blocks, spinldes?
any suggestions

i put a 3" bl on mine when i bought it and im about to put a 4" spindle lift from rough country. the bl was cheap when i did it and the spindle lift wont cost me much it only gonna cost under 500 shipped to house. for cheap it would be a bl but for performance and nice ride i like the spindle
