I've just spent the last hour looking at all of the threads dealing w/ installing the OE overhead consoles into trucks that didn't have them from the factory. My question is, how much space (depth) is there in the 1st cavity? I've seen a few w/ blank out plates and a few with gauges in them, I wonder if there's enough depth to mount a single DIN deck in there?
