Without jacking the ground effects? And what would be the shortest upper bar i cound run? Without redoing alot 20 inch is the max unless i can mount it under the cross member.

you can run the bar as short as you want, but the more the difference between the upper & lower lengths, the more the pinion angle will change throughout the suspension travel.
as for your first question. probly not, but i wouldnt know nor care because i dont like ground effects.

I was thinking the same thing -- either someone has some made sheet metal skills, or I smell crackage in the future.
