It sounds nice but you will loose tons of torque with that size dual pipes. If you do plan on getting 3", get a single 3" for great torque. If you really want duals, get 2.25" duals. On my 94 with the 350, I have a single 3" pipe with no muffler, just a cat, and it is real loud. I probably would wake everyone up at night if I give it throttle. burnoutcrazy350 02-22-2008, 12:47 AM ya im doing true duals 3" but im gunna put 18' glasspacks and highflow cats when i get the money. and my tail pipes are 2.5" just from headers to back of cab is 3" 94stepside5.7 02-22-2008, 12:52 AM It will probably be ok but I think you will loose some low end torque. I'm not too sure about that, can someone chime in to tell us? I have been told that even dual 2.5" is too much for a stock 350 TBI. Is your motor stock? burnoutcrazy350 02-22-2008, 01:10 AM ya its all stock i just got this truck like a week ago my old 95 silverado took a dump on me. but i plan on putting a tbi spacer and a cam in it. PHATSPEED7x 02-22-2008, 04:17 AM I just put a high performance cat on my 91 with staight pipe. It's only a single system. Here is a clip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NQAheAMh8Q8 Note! The reason the motor died is because I didn't turn on my ignition with the key. I used my remote start to start it. Opps. burnoutcrazy350 02-22-2008, 11:34 AM sounds good love it i just wonder what mine is gunna sound like with true dual straight pipes vBulletin v3.5.1, Copyright ©2000-2008, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
