i am planning on getting the fabtech 6" for my 2002 2WD silverado. my question is, would a 35" tire work on this lift? If not what would i have to do to make em fit (trimming, etc)? i was planning on running either the ProComp X-Terrains or BFG Radial mud terrains on 16X8 american racing 589s. would this setup work? if the 35s fit what would be the exact measurement i need (35X?X?)? and if i have to go with 33s, what would that measurement be (33X?X?)? sorry for all the Q's, really appreciate all the info you guys offer up

35s won't fit with just the 6", but there are some other things you could do. You could get the coil spacers and you should be able to fit them, might have to trim a little though. You can also get bigger springs or a body lift. I was planning on getting the 7" with my 1.5 BL and running 35s on an 8 inch rim, but thigns didn't work out. With 2wd, you can start with the 6, and if they rub, you can add coil spacers, and if it still rubs, you can add coils; you dont have to do it all at once. Good luck

check the fabtech site they post the tire sizes that you can run but be sure to look for the disclaimers

The info on the Fabtech website recommends 33's. Run a 3in body and you can fit 35's I believe, with minor trimming.

ive seen a silverado 2wd with a 6 inch fabtech and some trimming running 35x12x16.5. looked good. it didnt have a B/l but it probably did have spacers.

You need a 6" sup lift + body lift to run 35" tires or they will rub.

You can run 35's with the FT 6", Ive done it...it will rub a little when turning and hitting bumps but thats it, you may have to do some minor trimming...Put a coil spacer up front, and you should have no rubbing...Or get a B/L and you will never rub again...Or do both like I did.
