A Giant Metropolis like Howe............
About 55 miles north of Dallas...10 miles south of Sherman on 75
We manufacture our shaved handle systems, build some cool parts and warehouse out there....
anyway, where is Sealy?
Anyway, Reflexxions has warehouses in Arizona, Dallas, and Memphis and I can have hoods drop shipped from any one or available for pickup by you guys!
And, we are probably not in a great hurry for the group buy......There is no current deadline or anything like that....
Later,

Sealy is about 50 miles west of Houston. Tell me about your shaved handle systems

What do you want to know?
I can tell you just about everything there is to know about shaving handles!
Check out this URL:
http://www.customclassic.com/catalog/products/page1.htm
It will give you an overview of the systems.
Definately check out the Quick Wire Unit (which comes STANDARD on all but the Basic system). It makes the installers life SO much easier!
Then check out the installation instructions from this URL:
http://www.customclassic.com/techsupport/shavedhandles/shaveinstructions.htm
All components are warrantied for as long as you own the vehicle...solenoids, switches, even the remote control brain and backup batteries....the only thing not covered is the batteries for the key fob remotes!
Anyway, let me know if there are any questions I can answer for you until we get our forum here in the prefered vendor section up and running!

Thats interesting stuff and great info Michael.
Can a system like this be incoprated into the existing remote controls of our existing, or aftermarket security systems?

Could we do this, maybe sometimes next month? Preferrably towards the middle? :D If we can do it 'round then, then you definitely got my bidness.

There is no real hurry.....those hood prices will be good for some time!
About the Shave System intergration........yes and no!
No prob with factory remotes...as long as it is a 2 stage door unlock (one press for driver and second press for passenger) or has additional channel. For aftermarket alarms, etc. check with your manufacturer, installer, or even with us....you will need the above two stage remote or extra channels.

I am not familiar with reflexxions hoods. How do they compare to a goodmark? Is this the same hood just a different name? Are they steel or fiberglass? What would shipping be for a '02 GMC to 36608? I am definitely interested.

Hmm, Ive got a DEI system with like 5 buttons on it :)
They are all in use, however only one is used to arm/disarm.
I guess ill have to ask at the place where i purchased it if they can do it.
What should i ask them?

They are steel.....and they fit REALLY well. I have been a distrubutor for Goodmark.....all I can say is that the hood I have on my delivery S-10 doesn't fit well.....
I have put on two Reflexxions 99-up Chevy/Silverado hoods and they fit excellent......
Thus I no longer sell Goodmark!
Shipping.......ok, here is the deal on shipping.....
If we ship one from Dallas, the shipping to you (a business address) would be $85-$90
Reflexxions has 3 distribution centers. One in Dallas, one in Memphis, Tn. , and one in Mesa Arizona
The shipping wil be around $75 (which is like the minimum) from Memphis but I will check to be sure......
Trucking companies charge a $55 fee (plus shipping) for residential delivery so best bet is to a business.
If anyone wants price quotes on shipping, either send me a PM or e-mail, please.......this topic could get really cluttered quickly.

First you need the model of the system........
Then you can do the math yourself!
DEI's website is:
http://www.directed.com/
You should be able to get the number of extra or auxiliary channels on the site, maybe even the schematics.....
Once you get that, send me an e-mail or give me a call(800-365-6928 Michael)
and I can step you through the rest of the process which should be relatively painless!
Anyway,
Thanks for the interest.......

Ok, everyone interested in the Reflexxions GB...............
We have set the deadline for Oct 31st for them
I can extend it another week if you want...
There are currently 5 hoods that members have stated that they wish to purchase.....meaning one more and all the prices go to $329.....
Let me know if you have any questions,
