Buying an 81-87!!

I am selling my 98 back to my older brother. It is a 6 cyl and a 5spd. I want to build a reliable daily driver with V8 and auto. I am looking into a 81-87 for obvious reasons.
1. Availablility
2. Price
3. Looks

If anyone knows where some nice ones are in the DFW area keep me posted! I would like to find one in good shape that needs a little customizing........(bags).........

I am not sure about bags at first.....but I do see maybe a 3"-5" and a set of 17"s. Then a bedcover and for sure a spray in liner thats the best investment I ever made in my other truck. I solid color and a stock but very clean interior, maybe some billet here and there. Any Ideas?

I am a big fan of the pre 87's i have had 3 and have loved every single one of them but of course i had them all lifted..

Ive been looking and there are some sweet k5's and 4x4's. That would be the most logical thing to do because I drive many dirt roads.....But I cant bring myself to buying a 4by. I can envision exactly what I want in my head and its a lowered street truck. I found some nice ones in the truck trader and seen some crusing around. I just havn't seen one that says buy me. When I do its on!
