I emailed performancelifts.com because they sell the DC lift kits(I wanted the Dual shock hoop) and they also sell Fox shocks. Next day Jeff calls me back on 7/21, starts off great. Yeah he can sell me just the hoop, no shocks-since i'm getting the fox. Gives me a price of 179 per shock for the fox 2.0 remote reservoir shocks. I tell him I can get them online elsewhere for 150. HE tells ME he has no problem if I buy them away because on 6 shocks thats 120 cheaper. So I complete the order on the hoop. tells me he'll email me tracking number and an invoice, and I should have it by friday 7/25, monday the latest.
I call back the next day, I was actually going to buy the fox shocks from him, since he was really helpful and upfront, and its only about a 10% difference.
And so it begins.....No invoice, no tracking, no charge to my credit card until 7/28....I also call on 7/30, 7/31, & 8/1 No return call, no return mails. The hoop shows up at the house 8/1, to this day no one has returned my calls/emails. LOL. They're done, they suck.
