How much to install them?

We install most products but we don't do any welding here. A little welding is required so we wouldn't be able to take care of this for you.

is it even worth it to get them ceramic coated? Since they have a warranty on them......

I usually go with the coated version to help hold in heat and for protection.

what about a set of Gibsons for a 2000 Silverado 5.3 2wd no injection...??? Preferably in nickle chrome

We currently don't have the Gibson headers. Just The Other Guys and AS+M for long tubes.
