I put that (s) there cause I don't know if anyone else has gone to them...but I had my troubles.
First off, it took them 5 days to shave my tailgate, but that wasn't so bad with the fact they had to paint everything. But the fact they returned my truck at night, not allowing me to see it when I first got it back ticked me off.
Second, there customer service department is terrible. I'd call, ask ?'s and they'd say "we'll get back to you" and they NEVER call back, I never got calls returned.
Thirdly, the work done was not good. My rollpan that got painted was perfect, done awesome, but you can see the outline of the filler panel on the outside of the tailgate. They didn't return my plastic outline of the handle and the paint they did on the inside of the tailgate was horrific that it all chips off and I have a huge rust spot on the actual handle relocator section.
The Hack Shack also only runs through small ricer stores in my area, it isn't called "The Hack Shack" but "R & R Motorsports" or something. Then they send the truck to some other place for the body work. So you actually don't see the truck in the shop and you don't see who worked on my truck. They've already moved from their first area in Massachusetts. I don't know how they're bagging jobs are cause I haven't seen one bagged ride in this state to this date. But I know if I get bags I'll be going to an ART shop about 2 hours away from my house cause I think they're a helluva lot better.
Just my opinion, I don't know if anyone else worked with them.
