I placed an order Jan 13 for a wiper cowl and fog/driving lamps. When ordering, I was told the lamps were on backorder, do I still want them? Ok., I'll wait, no big deal. So, the order for both items were placed.

So I get a call Jan 21 and the guy asked me what I ordered becuase the order wasn't place due to "a note not on the order". I was like, are you kidding?! A week goes by, I should have my cowl by today, and now you haven't even placed then order yet?" The guy, CJ, just says, well, you can cancel if you want... Great Customer Service!!! :gone2far:

I said, no, but please have my order shipped out as soon as possible.

So I call today to get a shipping status and he tells me my card was declined for $59. I was like WTF! The cowl is $89. He says it was for the fog lights. I said what about the cowl? Oh! That's on backorder. :cussing: WTF is that all about?! You have got to be kidding me.

So I tell CJ, who I had the displeasure of talking to again, I wanna cancel my order. Ok he says. And that's that.

What the hell happened to customer service?! Are these companies too big that they don't give a **** about their customers!? I can't believe the luck I've had with ordering items the past month!!! Nothing but problems, BS and lies.

Wish I could just make this stuff myself and not buy from any of them. :(
