I ordered from them for the first time this passed Christmas.

Excellent customer service. I got four speakers for the wife's civic. All the instructions and wire hardness were there, no need to cut and splice anything. The rear speakers were in back order and I did not get charged for them until they were shipped. Speaking of shipping I wasn't charged for the additional shipping like others places would have.

When is time to upgrade my system, I'll buy from them again!

Yeah I'd have to say Cruthfield is one of the best in the business. Sure you can find lower prices when you shop around (which I do sometimes), but thier customer serv. and tech help is top notch. I've ordered stuff from them before, didnt like it and wanted to return it - didnt cost me a dime and there was abolutly 0 hassels!

I was real happy with them also, I ordered a complete system for my 90, everything was great and they were so helpful, their customer service is awesome, I had to return 2 Q-form boxes, cause it was a tight fit, and they took them back with no questions asked, and paid for return shipping.
