On your truck we need to do a parallel with PAR1500 longer bar set. I can also get that to you with a bolt on panhard bar:) A tri-angulated would be a mother to put on there. Call Larry and tell him I said to hook you up or I will smack him :)

whats so difficult----gas tank? i've got a cell coming to flush mount in the rear of the bed. u guys think this is good idea?
i have really tight rear tire/fender clearance and thats why i thought a tri would be better the parallel---but i'm open to suggestions:D

It's hard to get a weld to stay on them. :read: Quit reminding me:bawl: :bawl: :bawl:

and Air ride had to take out a nice one page ad in street trucks with that road grater for an s10. Why can't we have one of those for a nbs full size? There has to be enough room:bawl: :bawl: :bawl: :bawl: :cussing: :cussing: :cussing:

5-8 is correct........ You do not want to be welding to the differential of the rear end because it is cast. The framerail width on your truck isnt wide enough to accomodate a tri-angulated with a GM Corp rear end. If you changed to a ford 9" then you would be set. The easiest route to go would be to use a parallel four link. Our parallel does not stick out any wider then your leafs currently do, so you should have ample clearance.

i think he's refering to the side to side movement of the parallel 4 link(when raising and lowering). that's the problem i'm having right now. all the way down it bows the right side bed out. at ride height i have about a 1/2" clearance on the left side:( . can't your reverse the tri bars so they are welded to the axle tube instead of the third member?

aaahhhhhh......i'm beginning to see the light:think: :banghead:
third member=pumpkin on rear end:confused:
halffast is right, i heard u get more side/side w/parallel
thanks for the info:thumbup: :FSCrules:
guess i will be givin larry a hollar....is he a fsc member?

The side-to-side shifting you get is due to the panhard bar. I have the same problem with my 2-link. My local bag installer has built 2 different setups that do the same thing as a panhard, but don't shift the axle when going up and down. I need to have him do that on mine.

On lime94's truck, yes. But he did something different for NVR2LO. I think he was using a NASCAR term and calling it a track bar. It was cheaper and easier to fab up than the Watts link.

i was considering trying reversing the tri bars. would there be any binding if i leave the parallel bars the way they are or would i need to lose the upper (or lower) bar along with the panhard bar? how wide would they need to be spaced on the axle? the roadgrator setup looks kinda narrow.
