Bumpstop Removal

What is the best way to get the bumpstops off of my 80 C10?

They are rivited to the frame. Any ideas?

Ive tried the sawzawl, torching them and a chisel. Nothing yet. Can someone clue me in. Ive heard you need to grind them.

Grinding the is the best way to do that IMO.......as long as you can get a grinder in there.

grind the heads off of the bottum and then ues a hammer and punch to pucnh them out the top.
