All I have to say about this company is praise. I got a used bedrug and it didnt come with the sticky back velcro to install it, so I went to the hardware store and picked up some regular velcro. It didnt work real well so I called Wise Industries up, and within a week I had a full install kit from them consisting of much heavier duty 3m hook and loop fasteners, all for FREE. No shipping, no nothing. Also, the bedrug kicks a$$ too.
