Is there an aftermarket wheel that is as maintenance-free as OE wheels?

Hey fellas, for someone who lives in MI, and only drives his truck in the winter but needs a wheel with some offset to alleviate shcok rub, is there such a wheel available anywhere?

Why do OE wheels need so little maintenance, yet I hear all these horror stories of aftermarket rims needing excessive cleaning and they still sometimes tarnish or rust.

OE wheels are described as "polished aluminum" as are some aftermarket, so what's the difference? Some sort of clearcoating?

I wouldn't totally neglect them, just a hosing off once a week through winter would be my only maintenance.
